Refund policy

We accept returns for all full-priced items purchased online for a refund, exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery.

We want you to love the fit of your COED garment. If your full-priced item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer free exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.

Any items purchased on sale at 20% off or more are eligible only for exchange or store credit. Items marked final sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Please note that all returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with no alterations and all tags intact.

For international orders, we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange. However, we are unable to provide a return shipping label and ask that you use the carrier of your choice to send the item back to us. Please note that import taxes, tariffs, customs fees, or other related charges may apply, and COED is not responsible for these costs.

Please allow 3-7 business days for return shipping and processing. After your refund has been processed by us, please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to credit the funds back to your account. refund times vary. contact your financial institution for more information.

International orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees set by your country’s customs authority and payable by the recipient at delivery; these charges are not included in COED’s pricing, are outside of our control, and any refused shipments may have original shipping and return fees deducted from the refund.
